License Agreement

License Grant

WORLDBINE CASINO WPASS LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or its servers
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. WORLDBINE CASINO WPASS LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Worldbine Casino wPass.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and processing.

Data we may process:

• Account information (name, email, membership ID)
• Booking and reservation data
• Rewards tier and bonus information
• Support requests and communication history

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORLDBINE CASINO WPASS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WORLDBINE CASINO WPASS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software from your devices
• Your account may be deactivated or deleted

Updates and Modifications

WORLDBINE CASINO WPASS LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WORLDBINE CASINO WPASS LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
